We stayed in an executive suite overlooking the mountains and had a wonderful time. The hotel is essentially brand new. The bed was exceedingly luxurious and comfortable, breakfast was huge and had heaps of options, the massage services were the same price as local shops and we loved the amenities and the view from the restaurant. My partner got sick from eating elsewhere and after we checked out they went the extra mile and offered a temporary room for her to sleep for a few hours til our transfer showed up. Upon leaving we chatted with the great manager Kenny who made us feel totally at home. If we come back to sapa we’ll come back here. More
