We only had one night booked however we had full use of the hotel for 2 days whilst doing a trekking tour. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The room size was very generous with lots of room to relax. Highly recommend

Here is very good hotel, good reception staff they are very kind. Good view and good atmosphere here and very beautiful view point on the garden. The garden look like in the fairy tales. Be here you will get really happy on your trip.

We stayed in Icon 36 Sapa in the last week of December. It was very busy and touristy but the staff took care of us, were very hospitable and helpful. Buffet breakfast cost VND 80k/pax which we requested for the first day we arrived. It was so so as we waiting for fried sausages, ran out of jam and charged us VND 10k for hot water even though we ordered drinks in the lobby. I assumed that the hotel manager allowed someone to work in the kitchen saparate team as share- holder.

Generally, we were happy with Icon 36, especially kids were comfy with the room services. Hopefully we will come back one day if we have a chance.

I will never advise any one looking for comfortable stay. No generator power if noctricity. No air conditioner to keep room warm. Heaters on payment. Staff is trying to cushion people. This is good for local people who come for cheap price. Don’t go if you want nice sleep.

Room tip: If you book online, you will get bad room and they says, all rooms are booked but it is not.
