We stayed for 1 night in this lovely boutique. Although it has a steep hill to get to hotel it shouldn't put you of.
Our room was brilliant we stayed at the top floor Junior Suite Mountain View. Breakfast could be better but okay for us. We would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel and the price was very reasonable. When we came back from our trek we had already checked out they offered us to have a shower in a room beside reception prior to getting a transport back to Hanoi. Once again thanks for a short but great stay.

We had a junior suite with mountain view and it was gorgeous. The room was beautifully decorated, the bathroom with gold claw bath and tasteful tiles. Breakfast was very good, reception staff friendly and helpful. We left our luggage there when we went trekking and they made a shower available to us when we got back. Very much appreciated. We had a massage at the Eden Spa across the road - very good and inexpensive. Location is very good, just a few minutes from the station and the square. The only down side is that to get back from town you have to climb a steep flight of stairs and walk up a short but steep hill.

We had a reservation to the hotel via BOOKING and we arrived the hotel after long jureny of 9 houers on train, the kids were tired, and it turens out that we have no room availble. No matter what we tried, no room!! They made the reservation for the next day by mistake. Very disapointed! Yes, they helped us find another hotel, but this thung should never happen.
