Highly recommend

The hotel is awesome! I stayed on the 2nd floor. Clean room everyday, very kind staff. Delicious breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, good service. Swimming pool is clean and big.

Highly recommend awesome service

Awesome place to stay! Very clean and comfortable ! I stayed here at the start of March for a few nights. The hotel staff awesome nothing was to much trouble for them. All very friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. My heart breaks for them in this time of uncertainty and will be sure to stay here again once the world settles down.

Room tip: Both rooms we had were great very quite

Very impressed with budget hotel!

This hotel was the cheapest I booked in Bali and the service was no less than five star resorts we visited. The hot water was touch and go while we were staying but it was so hot I couldn't have beared a hot shower! Great air con, clean modern rooms, lovely big pool, great gym, walking distance to the beach and my favourite restaurants and cafes.

Fantastic Location

Great hotel close to lots of bars eateries and beach which are all within walking distance. This was our 2nd stay at the Eastin staff are wonderful and friendly and the hotel is good value for the price.

Room tip: I would choose top floors for views lower ground floor for guests with children .

Terrible.

They did not provide hot water and did not inform to hotel guest about the problem. They offer me 10% discount for the spa instead of hot water. Still cannot understand how they keep running the hotel for more than 10 days without hot water (Their excuse was corona 19)

Thank you for sharing this feedback of your recent stay with us. We are truly sorry that there was no hot water throughout your stay. We were facing issues with our heatpump which had to repair and so during that time there was no alternative soltuion but to wait for the repair to be finished. We did inform our guest about this issue through a notification letter in all rooms. We understand that our guests expect have hot water and we are therefore very pkeased that this issue has now been fixed and we're running as usual again. We do apologize for the issue nad hope that despite this you had a wonderful holiday here in Bali.
