Elegant restaurant on the ground floor of the Shangri-la Hotel. We had a Beijing duck as part of our meal, the skin was crisp yet not greasy and the flesh was succulent. other dishes included a sweet and sour pork and steamed broccoli cooked to perfection. the menue also includes may other tempting dishes and a wide range of Dim Sum dumplings which we plan have for lunch next time we are in town .
