Since the moment we made the reservation we received a letter from Ms. Amber offering limousine service and anything we need. Our stay was very short (from 11 pm to 7 am), but the welcome reception was stunning! The letters from Ms Amber and from General Manager, The room impeccable, the club lounge very quiet , elegant, excellent food, and of course the staff.

I will look forward to stay there every time in Tianjin.

Although we have stayed at other luxury brands such as Waldorf Astoria, JW Marriott, and Hyatt hotels and resorts, our first experience with the Ritz-Carlton portfolio of properties was in Tianjin, China. Of course, luxury travelers can expect great customer service, which many brands offer at their top resorts. However, the attention to detail and level of personalized service that one receives at the Ritz-Carlton is far above any other brand. From the perfectly prepared rooms to the amazing breakfast buffet and food/drink choices throughout the day and night, everything about your stay is absolutely first-rate. Even with so many guests and seemingly endless requests, it is unbelievable that they have the time to think of little extras that have made our stays truly exceptional. A special thanks to Corrine (front desk), Ella (Lobby Lounge), and countless others whose thoughtfulness and attention to detail have made our stays so enjoyable. As new Ritz Carlton Rewards members, we will now make RC hotels and resorts our only choice for upcoming trips. However, we look forward to returning to Tianjin, which will always hold a special place in our hearts!

The service at this hotel was outstanding!!!!

As soon as our taxi pulled up to the lobby doors we were greeted with smiles and helpful hands taking out luggage.

Check in was fast and super friendly, as my wife was checking in, I wondered over to the concierge desk and inquired about a few places nearby. Marcos was very polite friendly and with excellent English (not easy to find in China) he answered all my questions giving me detailed directions.

At breakfast, Brian made me an amazing omelette, was very friendly not overly chatty but also asked if I wanted fresh ground pepper and salt on my eggs.

Another day we didn't have time for the breakfast, so the staff gladly gave us some nice bags to go filled with fruit and muffins/pastries.

We needed to travel outside of Tianjin for an hour or so, so Marcos arranged a Didi (Uber) with his own account to take us, wait for us and return us back to the hotel. We paid him back of course but this kind of services makes you want to go back to that hotel as soon as you can.

Thanks again all the staff that helped make such a nice stay!!

BTW: the rooms were large, clean and excellent!!!

This hotel is simply superb and the best hotel we stayed in; top class in ambience, quality, beauty and service, cant think of anything that they could change. I was upgraded to a great suit and everything in it was just royal and majestic. Breakfast was amazing and the artwork across the hotel is superb and the entire stay is a memory for a life time!

Hope the meal more rich more executive lounge, on-site production of chef general attitude, hope to improve.Concierge reception at the main gate and GRO sometimes spirit trance, the guests before him, at a loss, hope to improve.
