We stopped in here for a break from all the walking. Had a really good cappuccino and carrot cake. Also tried the lemonade with mint. That was very refreshing on a hot day. Nice place, clean and friendly service. Free wifi.

As somome else mentioned we also stopped after the Gold Museum. A clean little place, varied menu but a bit pricey. Slower food delivery that expected but the Sopa Azteca was delicious. My husband had pasta bolognaise and he said it was okay but a bit pricey. I would stop again for the soup.

Thank you for your review. We have moved a block and a half away from that location, into a bigger place with a complete renovation in interior design. The menu is now much more varied than it was in the old location. Hope you can visit us again any time you're back in CR. Thanks :)

We wanted a very simple lunch coming out of the Gold Museum and before heading to the airport. This place looked to me like the only half-way decent eatery in and around the central plaza. Since seating was very limited we ordered our lunches to go and waited nearly half an hour for the order. The only redeeming value was the dessert pastry which was quite tasty. Try finding a better place especially if you're pressed for time.

Thank you for your review! We have moved since then a block and a half away, into a bigger and nicer place, with a completely renovated interior design. Bigger and tastier menu since the old location.

we liked this place for breakfast though it's nothing really wow, more like the cozy feeling ,homey food.
We had the omelettes that were pretty good.
The pastries are pretty average, I would say.
No squeezed natural orange juice

I won't recomend this bar/restaurant to anyone. It presents it kinda upscale but you're paying expensive prices for medium-low quality. Don't ever eat a c5000 casado here. They will give you canned tuna (ridiculous). Head to Spoon instead.
