Pictures show exactly as how the house is, 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom. It has great AC in each room, nice hot shower, new refrigerator and stove. Couches need refurbish. Neighborhood surroundings and next door houses are in very bad shape including road to enter the house. Not a pleasant view from any spot. Close to the beach and grocery store.

The house was just as presented, clean and orderly. Hosts Jake and Tanya went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Jake took me around town and showed me points of interest and establishments. Tamarindo is just about 2 miles down the pristine beach for touristy places. This is just calm and pleasant and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Local cuisine is excellent. The people are friendly and most speak some English. The house is not fancy but very comfortable.

The owners are very hospitality,the place arround the house is too beautiful and paceful, the house is confortable,it has all what you need to have a good time,there is a Chalet bar just 50 ft from the house, and More than 8 diferents beautiful and unique beaches 5 minuts driving.
