Superb hotel - beautiful gardens, secluded cottages and wildlife in the grounds.
The rooms were superb. We had a great view of the volcano from our balcony.
The breakfast was fantastic - so much choice and all fresh.
We also had drinks at the pool swim up bar and ate at another bar area some evenings. There were some lovely waiters.
It is quite hilly so if you struggle with mobility this might not be suitable.

We understand that the hilly terrain might be challenging for those with mobility issues. For this reason, we have bell staff available to assist with internal transportation in our golf cart.

The property was amazing. You feel you are living in the rainforest. Monkeys and anteaters everywhere. It is probably best to have a rental car so you can drive into town. The breakfast is a 10 out of 10. The restaurant and bar food were average.

Most beautiful property I’ve ever seen. Food and service were great. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come back. Close to town so going to town to eat was a short 5 minute ride. Did require some physical stamina to walk to property.

This hotel was dreamy perfection.
The room is pretty. The view was gorgeous.
Staff was kind. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Rudy, the pool bartender was so friendly- and the bar food was delicious! Birria tacos and the nachos were our favorites.
What I can’t figure out is why everyone doesn’t rave about this spa!
It is small. Not big and fancy, but a beautiful view and the services given were amazing. I didn’t catch the other name but Maritza was wonderful.
Third spa treatment in Costa Rica and this was the best!
We took advantage of a couples promo package and were shocked at the price. Insanely affordable, especially for a hotel spa.
Wish we would have hit up the spa every night.
