Four of us had dinner at Tabbule about two weeks ago and it was excellent. Ingredients were fresh and the spices and seasoning were what made the dishes so wonderful! Some of the best Lebanese food I've had. Pita was airy with the right amount of char. We shared appetizers and ordered four entres. It was too much food as the servings are generous. Lovely middle eastern decor and very friendly owner who stopped to chat with us for awhile. He owns the hotel and Italian restaurant that are attached to Tabbule. His chef is professionally trained and it showed in the execution of the dishes. Just wish we had been able to take the leftovers home with us, but we were staying at a hotel. Also wonderful change of pace from Costa Rican cuisine which can be somewhat bland.
