Stayed on 5/14/17. First room we were given, both queen beds had stained sheets. Pink all over. Called the front desk, and the guy who came up said he had never seen anything like it. He was very helpful and apologized. They wound up upgrading us to a king suite and taking around 10% off the bill. While the sheets were OK in that room, a couple of the towels in the bathroom looked dirt stained. Does not project an overall cleanliness for the hotel. In both rooms the curtains would not close completely to block out all light and were stained as well. I would have given 0 stars, but the front desk did a good job trying to accomodate us.

Wow... I am sorry to hear that you had such a rough experience at our property. Sheets like that should not have made their way out of our laundry room, much less onto a bed or even then past the housekeeping inspector after the housekeeper has cleaned the room. There are fail-safes put in place to prevent events like this from occurring and it is clear that people are not following up with all of our protocols. In the event that a stained sheet does make it onto a housekeeping cart, there is no excuse for the housekeeper not to catch something like that and putting it on a bed is inexcusable. It's frankly lazy and has been dealt with. I am sorry that this happened and that it has given you a bad impression of our property. I am glad to hear that the front desk did as good of a job with service recovery as could be expected in this situation, but they shouldn't have been put in that position in the first place.

Check in was great, the man was very friendly and kind; the room appeared very nice; the bed was very comfortable but the bathroom just wasn't clean. I had to remove three hairs from the bathtub and one from the sink plus there was toothpaste on the sink faucet. Had to wait a long time for coffee during breakfast & couldn't make my own since part of the coffee pot was missing.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear about the issues you found in your bathroom. I have printed out your review and given it to my executive housekeeper to share with her crew. I know that she will make this a priority so that future guests do not encounter this upon arrival. I'm also sorry about the Coffee drought. This is easy to rectify and I will make sure that this is dealt with. Thank you for sharing your experiences and we hope to wow you during your next visit as it is clear that we missed the mark during this one.

Needed a place to stay on the way home to Atlanata from Jackson Ms. This just "popped" up at the last minute, so we jumped on it. UA Graduation weekend, so we were lucky. Very impressed for the money.
