We took a 3-day stay in JW Marriott tomorrow square. Everything there is PERFECT! Nice view, wonderful lounge, warm staffs, good transportation and the highest library on the floor 60. JW Marriott tomorrow square made us a wonderful experience in Shanghai!

The Location , Rooms and the service our Excellent . The Staff is just amazing and always quick to respond for such a large Hotel .

This was my second stay at this property and they exceeded quality of service then my last stay . The front desk and Concierge gave absolutely perfect advice when asked either on the phone or in person . I was surprised at the knowledge of the staff at the front desk checking me out for my trip to the Pudong airport .

Room Tip: Higher floors have great views from your room. Rooms are very Quite

This hotel is superbly managed by the gracious Sylvio Rosenberger. Had the good fortune to meet him in person this time around. I travel 'round the world and you can just tell when there is a special manager in charge. Also a huge shout out to the lovely Maria Sablina, Guest Relations Manager who is a 'rockstar' at her job. Truly. She makes you feel special and at home. The rooms are all great...FANTASTIC views as they all are above the 36th floor of the stunning skyscraper it is housed in. LOCATION couldn't be more central. Cleaning staff is excellent. BREAKFAST: excellent expansive buffet. One of the best I've ever had. Great views from the lobby. All in all one of my fave hotels in the world and def my fave in Shanghai. Like it more than the Portman Ritz Carlton which used to be my favorite.

Room Tip: They all have great views.

Loved our stay on the 45th floor in a king suite! The room had an awesome view of the city. The service was great and a handy tip is to take the Executive package which includes breakfast in the Marriott Cafe or the Executive Lounge, with all day coffee and snacks as well as evening cocktails and canapes. Well worth it at USD50 pp per day! Will stay here again!

Stayed: March 2018, travelled as a couple
