Easy to get to and within the WFC.... very formal, with good service and food.... There are more and more upmarket and nice restaurants for Dim Sum on Sundays..... and this is one of them.

Go there for its famous xiaoling bao (dumplings) plus the hot and sour soup, drunken chicken and spicy dumplings. You can even watch cooks make the dumplings. The food is of high quality and the restaurant is clean. The service is very good. It can be crowded around lunch time.

Best place for Taiwanese dim sum in Shanghai. I worried at first that the food quality would be subpar to the ones in Taiwan but it did not disappoint.

Highly recommend!

Quite busy at meal periods. Made a reservation same day in person and was efficiently taken care of. I found it a bit tricky to find in the mall, though there are signs well posted. Did find the number of families with small children in the evening coupled with the bustling atmosphere perhaps not the best for a relaxing meal.
