Great little place to chill out for a few days even if you are not into diving. Bit of entertainment each evening, maybe a few games, definitely a few songs and a welcome for everyone who arrived that day. The boat trips are reasonably priced and plenty of other island visitors seem to congregate at Ratu Kinis (because of the chips we were told!) Would suggest you bring a couple of bottles of spirits (if you so desire) and maybe snacks and biscuits as these are in limited supply and pricey. Between the airport and the Mana Flyer boat in Nadi there is a supermarket on the left of that main road. Otherwise the food is reasonably priced, if a bit 'samey'. King David is a great all-round entertainer and he and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Internet is a quite patchy. First place that we have ever been sung 'farewell' to on our final night. Nice little touch. Our friend said I had to tell everyone that the showers are cold. I'm guessing you already know this though being a backpackers, but she hadn't backpacked before and I forgot to warn her (doh!).
