Just like the title says. The food was fantastic, especially the shrimp and grits. Best I ever had. The tuna dip was good. The open air was relaxing.

We always dine at Fishers when we go to Orange Beach! We go there 3-4 times a year. We especially like Fishers as they accept reservations! Food is always superb!

The food and Service was very good. I would highly recommend the Cajun oysters as an appetizer. We ate the Steam Shrimp Poboy as our main course. Setting outside watching the boats pull into the marina was very nice. Highly Recommended.

entered at 7 pm...waited several minutes before being greeted although there were no other customers waiting ahead of us just employees milling about. When seated (7 top) we were given menus and specials menu (no wine list) several drink orders were placed immediately and were delivered within minutes although a beer was incorrectly delivered and the guest was apologized to and told it would be corrected, in the interim orders were placed and delivered before the guest received their correct beverage( a beer which was cold only near the bottom of the bottle not the top, not an accident as the subsequent order was delivered in a similar fashion). the oysters on the half shell (2 dozen) were served warmer than room temperature with a plastic fork and obviously had been shucked hours prior due to the fact that the edges of the oysters were dried and adhering to the shell at the edges,so much so, that a fork stuck into the oyster and raised would bring both the oyster and the shell ( not because of an improperly severed abductor). The fresh gulf ceviche was somewhat brown? The "special" seared tuna was apparently plated hours earlier...the tuna which looked decent, nicely seared, had been pre-prepared, hours prior to service and pre plated, evidence by the dried dressing on the salad on the bottom of the plate and the tuna that had been on the plate so long that it was stuck to the surface of the dish.Another guest tried the shrimp and grits which arrived cold (grits) and dried (shrimp). Of the seven guests at the table only two ate any of their meal after the initial taste, the service did not question their choice nor did our guest or host complain, we were simply happy to leave yet unhappy to be so disappointed in what we had hoped to be a wonderful get together, but happy we did not dine upstairs, feeling our disappointment would have only exponentially greater. This experience obviously is not indicative of everyones experience at Fishers, yet it is an opportunity for management and ownership to be aware of the need for ongoing training and guidance in both back and front of the house. We wish you all the best in the future

A higher-end, but not overly formal, venue with incredible food. On a business trip, we brought clients and co-workers. All entrees were exceptional. Service was discrete and professional.
