The atmosphere is casual and bar like. The spot is overlooking a great Marina. Server's were super prompt. Sitting at the window was a little bright so bring your sunglasses. The appetizers were to die for. We got the blackened shrimp with fried green tomatoes, the shrimp and grits and best of all the baked oysters. The oysters were spot on. Delicious. I couldn't get enough of them. 1/2 were baked in a lemon Parmesan sauce and the other 1/2 had bacon and cheese. The quality of the Oysters were incredible. For our entree's I would say they were average at best. I got the blackened grouper. The mushroom risotto was outstanding but the fish did not taste super fresh. The green beans were good. My husband got the broiled seafood and had to send the fish back - wasn't cooked through. Instead of a fresh piece they reheated his under cooked piece. His oysters and shrimp were excellent. We saw several people walk up and read the menu and they did not come in. It seemed there was no "theme" and the steaks were expensive. I would go back for appetizers for sure but maybe try the steak next time.

Was nice to visit a place in The Wharf that has a nice craft beer selection. Bartender was also very knowledgeable on the beer.

We so enjoyed our evening at The Warf and dinner at Ginny Lane's. with three generations to satisfy, it was the right venue for our group. Our reservation was honored on time; table ready. Service was exceptional. The complete menu was just right for everyone. The 5 year old was thrilled to have chicken fingers; 12 year old was excited to have a steak and the rest of us enjoyed shrimp, oysters and other seafood/fish entrees. The desserts were delicious. The featured dessert for the evening was Bananas Foster Cheesecake - absolutely perfect.

Pretty nice place for casual lunch. It was the only in Th Warf that we saw other people but it was a very hot and humid day. I got the special, Salmon, with Chawda peas. I didn't know what these were, I'd just call them black peas! However, they were very good, Salmon was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was full of southern charm and hospitality. It seems everyone in Alabama offers a free drink to go....what a lovely gesture. The inside was quiet unique and appeared that it was set up for a night time show. Don't think you'll be disappointed if you go, the food was good.
