The tv cable system is old and out of date. Not sure why they have not been updated like most marriott properties. Property clean staff friendly breakfast good. Most of the outlets in the room on the lamps and computer desk work terrible. Internet only ping was about 2 mg. This property needs updating.

I am a lifetime platinum with over 1800 stays at marriott.

Property seems new and well maintained. Large rooms are clean and well stocked for your stay

Small fitness center has a few cardio machines. Standard comp breakfast. About what you would expect at a Springhill

The bathroom fan seems to run non stop (thought it was just my room but I see other comments about it )

Not many restaurants in walking distance, but several a short drive away

This particular hotel is difficult to locate because it's on a side street off the I-65 frontage road beside another hotel. Although there is a (1'x1') sign, just turn off the frontage road at the Quality Inn.
The hotel is clean enough to look nearly new. The outdoor pool has fountains shooting water into the pool which would make a sleep inducing sound (amplified if applied to an indoor pool), (take note of that Marriott).The staff is very friendly and helpful, (especially the house keeper who had my "stay over room done by 10:30 AM).
The hotel breakfast is as good as any in this price range. This particular hotel has a bar with a small food menu open 5-9PM (with a "happy hour" 5-7PM M-F), which ie great if you're tired/hungry and DON'T want to go out in the rain to eat.

Room tip: Odd # rooms face the back of the back of a Holiday Inn

We recently stayed at this location for a family wedding. We had a block of several rooms and were very pleased. The employees were amazing and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. This was not limited to our group but we noticed it was true for every person staying there. All employees greeted everyone with a friendly smile and an offer to help. We especially fell in love with Dayton and he always made sure to ask us if we needed anything. It made our day when we saw him behind the desk. He was extremely personable. We would highly recommend this location. Thanks to Reno in sales also. He helped us to make all our arrangements.

The hotel room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The biggest issue was that I was on the same floor with a bus load of teenagers who were extremely loud the entire night. The door to the room next to me was propped open with about a dozen kids inside. Music was blaring, the kids were yelling and screaming, banging things. Doors were slamming all night. In talking with a few other business travelers that were also on the same floor, we all had the same complaints with a sleepless night. While I personally did not make a complaint, it’s unbelievable that hotel staff were unaware of this.
