had a bad experience with the hotel. as we checked in everything was fine but we were driving so just bear in mind. The website we book the hotel told us that there is parking available in the place but they don't have enough parking to accommodate everyone and their parking spots are really tight and small and cramp. told us to park on the street which is quite risky in Malaysia as you never know what may happen to your car and also the road parking in the day is paid parking which the hotel say would compensate any fines from it WTF. During the incident there wasn't any PERSON that could make any decision regarding this issue that we raised. which makes us no choice but to decide to leave the hotel as the managers/person in charge did not bother to meet us to resolve this issues.

End of the day. if you are driving a car don't bother staying here. LOOK ELSEWHERE. Like THE SHORE and etc

OK, this place is in not the greatest part of town - as you look down the street you see shops that were probably bustling about 30-50 years ago. The hotel itself has been remodeled over a two year period. I had a riverside king that was fantastic, except for the challenge to get hot water, no fridge or mini-bar and a Jacuzzi that didn't work. The lobby can best be described as "Zen" with old wood, brick a mixture of other stone walls, a Koi pool that opens up to the skies - I can only imagine the serenity when it rains.

Room Tip: You must have a room with a river view - like Venice used to be 100 years ago.

4 mins walking distance to Jonker Street. Easy parking, when we reached, we parked the car and walked around. Can avoid the hectic on Saturday. Hotel was very hipster. There are rooms overlooking the river but quite expensive. Room was spacious, can actually fit 4 persons. But hotel only allowed maximum 3 guests with compulsory an extra bed. Breakfast was not buffet, only by set. Didn't take the breakfast and continued sleeping because the bed was so comfy. Very nice location!

Room Tip: Choose the river view room. Very nice view.

Just a 5mins walk away from the popular Jonker Walk. Nice big room facing the river with a jacuzzi bathtub.
Only disappointment probably will be the aircon pointing directly to the bed and no mini fridge in room.

A gem of a hotel, designed as a fusion between tradition and tech. The whole place has an old school charm. The rooms however are very modern. The toilets are amazing.

The best part of this hotel is the bar and restaurant which offers an amazing view of the Melaka river.

Minor technical glitches with the key card were not an issue, as it happens everywhere.

By all means, stay here.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the river.
