My fiancé went to Subway to get dinner for us. We have tried this before and were treated rudely by the people who worked there - like they were being inconvenienced to DO THEIR JOBS. So, when we want a Subway product, we drive the extra 5-10 miles to find another one. However, last night we were in a bit of a hurry so we thought we would give them a chance. He ordered my salad and then ordered tuna salad without the bread. He asked how they would charge him for that. We knew how the Morris store handled it, since that's where we usually go to stay away from this place. The person helping him went back to ask the manager. The manager then stormed out of the back of the restaurant and very rudely informed my fiancé that he would pay full price for the sandwich. He had not stated he wouldn't do that, but had simply asked what the cost would be. The manager continued to rudely speak to him, even after he made it clear that he was fine with whatever. In the end the manager snatched the bag out of my fiancé's hand, threw it in the garbage, and told him he would not be allowed to purchase his meal there. When we contacted the OWNER this morning he was equally rude. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SUBWAY! They have no idea what customer service means, and it goes all the way to the ownership.
