The hotel is nice and their staff is courteous. Food is good as well - especially the banana cake in the breakfast was too good. Attractively priced. Rooms are average (good deal in the price band). Location is good, it is in 5-10 mins drive from famous markets (peak hours - the time can vary).
The hotel maintenance needs an uplift. We faced the problem with the TV remotes. Cleanliness needs to be improved.
Overall, we had a good time during our stay.

We didnt end up staying at the hotel but were shifted to Sarovar Portico, Vaishalinagar, Jaipur since there was a break down of one of the water pipes and a full floor went under repairs. We were contacted by the Front Office Manager Mr. Ashish Sharma and he helped us in all the way and requested us to shift to Sarovar Portico sue to this emergency break down. He made sure we had no problems checking in at the hotel as well. Very Happy with the Overall Staff and Services.

The hotel is strategically located on MI Road in the heart of the historic town of Jaipur and is very near to some of the most popular tourist attractions in the city viz. Jaipur Palace, Jal Mahal, Hawa Mahal, Ram Niwas Gardens and the renowned Johari Bazaar.

I have been frequently visiting Jaipur on personal visits and have been exploring new things about the city during each visit. All hotels have indeed their own attractions and something different to offer to the visitors. I got enamoured with Bukhara at ITC Rajputana. Kebab Factory at Country Inn (now Radisson) has reasons to entice me. But what Park Inn, Jaipur offers to the visitors is an enhanced gratifying experience which no other hotel offers in Jaipur. The hotel offered a very quick check in, a welcome tea and a very cheerful smile at the reception. The food offered by way of buffet for lunch and dinner was superb. Probably, other hotels also provide the same level of food. But, the zestful way in which the catering staff looks after the guests, it soon appears that the staff is distinctly glowing with warmth and arrests all oppurtunities to render earnest hospitality. The credit undeoubtedly goes to Mr. Shibu Alex, F&B Head and Mr. Prakash Yadav, the Chief Chef for synchronizing preparation of toothsome food with quick and caring delivery on the food table. The food was awesome, particularly, the steamed fish cooked in oyster sauce and the grilled continental chicken served with steamed potato – both the items rendered connossieur’s delight. The Italian restaurant at the rooftop is another rare attraction and offers freshly made pizza with every time newly knead dough – it reminded me of the bakeries which flourished during Victorian British era and caught fancy of all those mattered. I got the privilege of savoring a hot cup of cappuccino coffee atop the hotel.

There are so many attractions in the hotel but one thing which distinctly outshines about the hotel is the quality of the hotel staff. The staff is smarter, more active, more responsive and more helpful - better than all other hotels in the town. It was a nice experience to meet another suave, smart, smiling and accomplished representative of the hotel – it was none other than Mr. Yatender Singh Negi, the General Manager of the hotel. I trust that the credit for good management of the affairs of the hotel goes to this gentleman.

Such persons make me feel great and I feel inspired that there are people who know the true meaning of hospitality. Afterall, hospitality leads us to another rare human value which is vested in empathizing for others. Many people are truly beautiful for the love and the positive difference they make in the lives of the people they meet. These inner beauties are a blessing to the people around them. Loving parents are beautiful for all the blessings and love they shower on their children. But so is a person guiding a blind man across a busy street; a young man giving up his seat for an elderly woman; an aunt bringing her niece for a medical appointment. When we see someone helping others, that person—who may 'look average’—becomes more beautiful in our eyes. God has created us humans, but delegated the task of our inner grooming to ourselves. We may have no control on how we look, or the transience of human life, but we surely can take good care of what we have inside. I got prerogative of meeting some of the top hotel executives but Mr. Yatender’s urbane, courteous looks and a pleasant countenance leaves an indelible imprint on the mind. My best wishes to the whole team and the team leader Mr. Yatender.
