“Quiet, Cozy Heritage Hotel”
Reviewed 17 May 2011

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, far away from the noisy, chaotic city-centre.
The hotel is nicely decorated and gave a great heritage hotel atmosphere.

We stayed for 2 nights here and had 2 rooms. The rooms were nice, cozy, clean and spacious. Although our rooms were next to each other, one of the room had no TV. We told the person in the front counter about this; he told us he would look into it but no action was taken :(
Some of the staffs are not friendly, probably because they can't speak and understand English.
If possible, please request for a ground floor room, as there is no lift and the rooms on the 2nd Floor could be very humid and warm especially during Summer.

Breakfast selections were limited but the food was alright. The menu for lunch and dinner was reasonable.

Wifi is free but only accessible at certain part of the hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a ground floor or 1sr floor Room

Lovely Haveli - nice rooms with everything you need - free wi-fi - good food - very friendly staff - good value for money - the only negative point: you need a car, the place is far awaw from the major sights of Jaipur.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the first foor!

Nothing special on the outside and not very centrally located (a good 15 minutes by motorised rickshaw from town - take a business card with the hotel address in Hindi on it), but an attractive courtyard, interesting rooms of varying sizes and furnishings and good food, very reasonably priced. Buffet on the roof garden at night might be followed by a puppet show. Although the neighbourhood is generally quiet, rooms on the front can be a tad noisy.

This is the best hotel we stayed in our Golden triangle trip. Located in a supposedly a more "affluent" outer suburb of Jaipur , it is a bit out of the way from Jaipur city centre and old city , there isn't much to see or do in the surrounding as this is more like a residential area , it's a good choice if you are travelling with organised driver and tours .

The hotel is tastefully decorated and great atmosphere, clean and quiet location.
There is a public computer at the ground floor ,if you bring your own laptop, wifi is free but only accessible on the ground floor.

The rooms are clean and well furnished. The staffs, especially the junior ones , are very friendly, humble and helpful, they all deserved a good tip at the end of our stay.

There is also a local convenient store right across the hotel where you can get snacks, drinks , toiletries etc.

Highly recommended .

We stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a pleasant stay. Our room was on the ground floor. Room was very spacious, nicely decorated, clean. Toilet was also clean, with modern finishing. Hot water tends to run out, which is not very nice mid-shampoo. The second person to shower will be well advised to wait a bit for the hot water to recharge, unless they don't mind cold showers. Wifi is provided.

Downside - they offered dodgy complimentary water labeled "Fosters - Australia's famous brand" and the company who manufactured this water can be contacted on a gmail account. I wouldn't drink it if I were you.

Breakfast selection is small, but in our 2 weeks in India, we never had a hotel that had an awesome breakfast spread and we stayed in maybe 8 or 10 hotels, some of which were nice. Well, eat the bananas - they give energy and they won't upset your stomach.
