this is the third time am staying at the hotel and must say this is just good value for money and dont expect any frills. the rooms are clean. they provide airport transfers and wi-fi and breakfast is OK. infact it was better before and this trip found they have dropped one or two more items from the menu. but still by mumbai standards it is true value for money. only thing is that its access is not that good nor is it on the main road. if you dont know the place you can get losst a bit.

I was in Mubai for 3 days and stayed at this hotel. Check in was smooth and the price was very reasonable considering that the hotel is in Mumbai. However, please note that this hotel is in a small lane and is quite difficult to locate unless ur taxi driver knows it. There is really nothing around it but a school.
The rooms are of decent size and the cleanliness is average. Dont expect to find absolutely white sheets !! The restaurant is pathetic; there is absolutely nothing there except 3 tables and the breakfast spread is a big farce; only toast and eggs. Tea/coffee. That's it.
I partly recommend this hotel as a great budget hotel, only if you're alone travelling and not with family. Overall, good value for money

Room Tip: 403 was a big room

Despite confirming pick up time before leaving for Mumbai, I had to wait over 90 minutes in the sweltering heat for the driver. The shower did not have hot water. The towels were torn and dirty. The bed probably was home to bed bugs as I could not sleep all night and was bitten in many places!!!!!!!

To me this hotel is a no-nonsense business hotel. Nothing very lavish but still very comfortable, clean and convienient. Its near to the airport and priced reasonable ...considering that the prices for hotel anywhere near the hotel are very high and not so clean...I booked the place thru cleartrip at Rs 3200 per night. Highly recomended if you want something near the airport. I got the room that is just above the entrance- facing the road which becomes noisy early in the morning due to traffic of school buses and if you are not a early riser you might not like to wake up to car and bus horns at 6am. Avoid these rooms. I am sure the helpful staff shall be most eager to accomodate you.

Room Tip: avoid room above the hotel entrance
