“A pearl of a hotel”

We stayed here whilst doing a 1 month tour of India entirely on the rail network. It is a beautiful hotel but even better the staff are all amazingly friendly and welcoming. No request seems to be too much trouble for them. I was feeling unwell whilst there and they were so attentive and caring that I was truly overwhelmed.

My husband and I spent two nights here on a recent holiday. After a nerve-wracking 4 hour drive from Bangalore we were ready to relax. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The dinner buffet in the restaurant was OK - but not great. The Palace is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Mohamad on the Travel desk was very helpful and arranged the next five days of our trip for us.

Room Tip: Avoid the front rooms as it is a bit noisy and our room was not double-glazed

Our family stayed and spent the New Year's eve 2011. It was Fantastic.
Very clean, very humble staff in reception and room service. Excellent value for money, breathe taking atmosphere, right in the city. Very nice pool, very good food, Excellent for kids.

24 hours coffee shop.

Couple of the staff in the restaurant was not the most friendliest. I mad it very clear and they were fine after that.

5 minutes drive Mysore Palace and city center
20 min drive to Chamundeswari Amman Temple.
40 minutes drive to Brindavam Gardens

Grate experience...I will strongly recommend for family to stay.

Great hotel with real duvets and not just blanket. Excellent exterior, nice rooms and big beds. Tub and shower. A full set of towels.

A few things could be better. The pool area is in the shade after 2 pm so the water is very cold, and you have to look for towels yourself (they are in the building by the pool under the counter). Only 8 sunbeds, but being in the shade, not many people use the pool. Cleaning takes all day. We were back from a trip at 2.30 pm and the room was not clean. It took two requests before the room was cleaned. Wifi was very slow and unreliable. Milk for serials was warm the first day. On our last day, the breakfast room was almost empty, but still, they did not remove dirty plates, but was just standing looking around!?

A tip: For dinne go to Hotel RRR round the corner 75 rps Thali! Great!

I had been here for the business trips more frequent. Its best in mysore. The rooms are clean and properly arranged. For any assistance house keeping personnels are very polite and arrange for any daily requirements. I had asked for hair oil and they arranged also one day i wanted extra tea bag for making tea so they happily arranged. Its staff is very polite and gentle. Rooms are equipped with all amenities. With bath tub for relaxation. Swimming pool also available. The restorent is also a grat place to enjoy dinner and breakfast. Complimentry breakfast is one of the best i ever had with south indian touch. Buffet dinnder is also best to enoy the variety. it's on weekends only.

In mysore one must be at prince once. Great place.
