The hotel is located centrally in the city with a quick connectivity to the major tourist sites in the city like The Mysore Palace & Mysore Zoo, Karanji Lake etc.

Checked-in the hotel for a weekend i.e. 14-15th April.
The hotel has a huge parking space with around 42 rooms. I booked a room for 2 people with a 'King Size' Bed.
The room was big enough to accomodate 2 people and their luggage. The room had an attached washroom (not so big in size), an almirah, AC and a flat screen TV.

The foor served was pretty good (South / North Indian food options available) in taste and the cost was also pcocket friendly.
Bar is not availble in the hotel premises, but you can bring in your own booze and can order some food to accompany your drinks. (Green Salad & Chili Paneer are saviour.)

The services offered by the hotel was not so good infact they were poor. The room service time was unexpectidely high and the intercom system was pathetically mis-communicated. The staff was least bothered about the guest's comfort and requirements.

There was free Wi-Fi available in the hotel which didn't work for the complete weekend because of some network provider issue and the mobile network reception was also poor. Hope the internet problem is sorted soon!

The hotel is a good place to stay with your family & friends and enjoy some good food at the roof-top restaurant. The room services can be inproved for better ratings.

Hotel is good and centrally situated. Lobby and rooms were just OK. Food served was very nice but services are very poor. No water bottles, no towels and no napkins. On requesting for water bottle, they ask to collect RO water kept at floors.Reception services are also not so good. Enough parking space and name of hotel is also good but there are minimum comforts.

Room Tip: any room will do

The Hotel was nice to stay.. The rooms are quite big, is in a great location near to the Mysore Palace & other landmarks, has ample parking space. The rooms were quite spacious at a very reasonable price. However, the service quality was not up to the mark. Even to receive tea or water, we had to call them a couple of times and it still came late. I also told the reception staff about the same at the time of check out as an improvement. I would still like to recommend the hotel

This hotel is no doubt a good hotel in terms of room size and parking space. However the basic amenities are not properly available. We were initially told that breakfast will be available at xx time and later we were not even provided a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast cost was ₹200 per person. Our worst experience was the dinner. The hotel menu says that it serves the dinner till 10:30 PM. We reached the top floor restaurant at around 10:05 PM and started seeing menu to order food. The waiter insisted us to take buffet rather than going for A La Carte however we didn't wanted to go for buffet as we didn't like menu. We had ordered soups, Biriyani, etc from A La Carte and the waiter was like, Sir, thik hai, mai try karta hoon isko laneka..Later when the food came, it was horrible, panner chilly was full of oil, Biriyani was not even Biriyani, the rice was cold (more than room temperature), and later we found that, it was the same rice which was leftover in buffet, they tried adding few things, and was served to us. The Fresh Lime Soda was a disaster, even a child can make a better soda than what we were served. We we 8 people and we had occupied 2 tables, both tables were served horrible food. The only thing which was served properly was curd rice as there were only 2-3 ingredients to mix and it was easy for anyone to do it. I think the chef left for the day and there were other people experimenting with food hence the waiter was insisting to go with buffet. It was already 10:45 PM and all restaurants were closed outside for us to have an alternative.

Room Tip: cheap hotel to get a sound sleep with spacious rooms

We were on a road trip from Bengaluru to Mysuru. We booked this hotel in terms of proximity to all the places we wanted to visit.
It's a nice hotel with big rooms, clean bathrooms and huge parking space.
The hot water takes a lot of time to come.
For all those non vegetarian lovers, only vegetarian food available here.
