This Hotel impressed us from the moment we entered. We were late to check-in and knew we wouldn't get food anywhere at 4 pm. We called the Hotel en route and requested chef to keep rice dishes aside. He readily agreed and even made kichidi for our toddler.

The rooms are spacious, well maintained, comfortable beds and clean bathroom.Hotel has huge parking area and ample space for kids to run around.

We were very impressed with the courteous staff and the hospitality, Highly recommended for families.

It is attached to a kalyaan maantap so there could be noise.

My stay was from 28 Feb to 1 March, the area it's situated is calm and beautiful, has huge parking space, room size is good ,it's spacious, that's the plus points .
Bed and Lenin's are not clean , a.c performance not good , a lot of sound but no adequate cooling effect,
Now the worst part : BREAKFAST - FIRST DAY idli, upma, toast and cornflakes were served on table , everything was measured and served as if they were serving it's for free
Next day it was a buffet , the plates which were stacked had generous coating of dust and only change in the Menu was plain uttappa instead of upma every thing was literally ice cold on both occasions, service at the restaurant was worst. The hotel is attached with a huge marriage hall , sometimes it may be disturbing.

If you have stayed previously in any descent hotel... then don't choose this. Don't choose this, especially with family...

Just local staff (they are good), they don't really understand what is hospitality...

My point is, if you already have stayed in any of the best hotel... you don't like this that's for sure...

Service was good.
The hotel rooms were decent.
The AC fin was not moving in my room
The TV was very small for a bed placed far across the opposite side.
Complementary breakfast offered was good... but with less options
Charges extra for kids above 5 years...
