Located a good distance away from any Metro Station, in the heart of Greater Kailash 2 market, is this beautiful food destination, that calls itself a casual dining restaurant but matches up to the standards of a fine dine, sophisticated one. I am talking about Tashan, where dining is an experience of sorts.

Unlike it's cranky name, Tashan is not a theme based restaurant and is a fine dine with everything being formal and immaculate. Perfect to the 'T'. The interiors are soothing to your eyes with walls done out of colours that match the posh culture of the high standard. The noise usually is the sound of the cutlery and when you get to the place with a group, with intentions to have a gala time, this could feel like a wrong place.

Tashan is high on standard and ambiance and is equally high on their service. Though a little bit slow at times, the staff is efficient and manages to deal with a packed house.

Had dinner at the place and the food more than lived upto my expectations.

Firstly I ordered a Cappuccino and it tasted supreme. After all it is a cup of Cappuccino.

Baigan Ki Chaat - Crispy Egg Plants and Potato Chips. Beat this delicious dish. Even those who hate egg plants will relish this one.

Cheesy Broccoli - Broccoli cooked in a Tandoor. You cannot have much of it unless you are an actual fan of this green vegetable. Not everyones cup of tea.

Jack In Pocket - Kathal that is served with hummus. Tasted different.

The Rasam Soup - Definitely interesting. Tasted three of the flavours and each tasted undoubtedly delicious.

Spare Ribs - Pork Ribs. Should I say more? Top notch.

Stuffed Tandoori - Lip-smacking. You would definitely dig these. Must order.

Lemon Grass Butter Chicken - For the mains, we went for this regular butter chicken dish with a Thai twist. Superbly prepared.

The desserts served at Tashan are fine as well. They have some good number of desserts and each feel very unique. I would recommend some more options in the desserts section. Something out-of-the-box maybe, because the meal is way more divine.

Tashan gives you that perfect meal which you talk about even after you leave the restaurant. It gives you that experience, which you will compare to, once you visit other places in town.

Overall, Tashan has most of the things going its way. With such elaborate menu, they definitely have good share of customers visiting them very often.

Tashan is meant for those seeking a fine dine experience and hence the expensive pricing on the menu. However, the food easily matches up to the bucks you shell out.

This place is ideal for a family eat out attributable to its scrumptious sustenance.

They have OK stylistic theme and straightforward yet comfortable seating. Bar in the eatery is likewise great and serves some extraordinary mocktails.

The staff is extremely suggestive and is dependably on their toes to help the visitors.

Going to the sustenance, on the off chance that I had single word to brief then it would without a doubt be "Radiant". Every one of the dishes we attempted were first class in taste and totally immaculate, I could barely stick point anything negative about the sustenance. It was cooked to flawlessness. They have dependably been commended for the changes they have made to the standard North Indian dishes and we couldn't prevent ourselves from attempting the place out.
