The hotel is very nice. It's new hotel, very clean, modern and beautiful.
The staff is friendly, polite and helpful.
In the hotel is a gym, the breakfast is good and the breakfast area also nice.
We stay in the hotel only 2 days (weekend) but we enjoy it.
The rooms are small, but nice and clean.
The hotel give us a free entrance for the Aqua park.
The hotel restaurant Sidro is not located in the hotel, he is on the Silver Lake.
In the hotel you can take bikes, we 've had bikes the over package but I think you can rent.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here in June 2015 to attend a conference. Our second-floor room was a good-sized suite with effective air-conditioning, and we needed it. Mid-June the temperature was at 100 degrees. The odd, musty smell in the suite disappeared with constant use of the AC. Our rooms contained two large TVs and a balcony provided a peaceful seating area. Our rooms also contained many extraneous light-switches, unconnected to any lights. One overhead light remained on constantly, day and night, for the duration of our stay.
Laundry service was very efficient with items returned within a few hours. The information pack in our room contained a full inventory of contents, including the three-seater sofa and two tables (just in case guests are thinking of sneaking them out in their suitcases) but no really useful information about hotel facilities. This could be because there are, in reality, very few: there is provision for breakfast only, no lunchtime or evening catering, and no bar, so guests are left to make alternative arrangements within the resort. This is a major failing as the resort is very isolated, and unless guests have transport they are stranded in the middle of nowhere.
Pop music was streamed constantly, all day, throughout the public areas of the hotel. This was so pervasive it could even be heard in the meeting rooms during conference talks. It is a shame that the resort prides itself as being in a peaceful and tranquil area of natural beauty, and then fills that space with non-stop noise.
The resort itself resembles an Eastern Bloc 1960s-era Butlins – crumbling buildings with barred windows, for example; and the one or two cafés still open were almost deserted, even in mid-June. I include comments about the resort in general as the hotel uses most of the facilities in its publicity. The hotel ‘spa’ is not a spa. There is a gym and a sauna, though I did not use these. No pool, plunge pool or Jacuzzi/spa pool. As a hotel guest one can use the ‘Aqua Club’ pool complex, highly publicized on the hotel website. This was ‘closed for remodelling’ during my visit.
A slight air of desperation persists throughout the resort. This is a real pity, because the resort is in a great location on the shores of the lake. I don’t know how old the resort is, but far from being ‘an entire world of fun and pleasure’ as described on its website, it is clearly in its death-throes.

This hotel is a perfect location from Silver Lake - not too far but not too close that there's noise. It's very clean and staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here. There's a gym downstairs, lovely seating area for breakfast, and just a general welcoming vibe. Great spaces for conferences, and meetings.

Modern and clean venue offers a range of activities and facilities which are fun for all family members. Especially water park:)
However if there is a wedding party in a neighbouring pansion you're doomed! Awful noise wouldn't stop before 1-2 am...
