This cute hostel has a great atmosphere with super friendly staff and we ended up staying here at two different occasions. First time we stayed in a six beds dorm (nr 13), which was tiny, crowded, hot, and with bad water pressure. The second time though we stayed both in a four beds dorm and a private room and the four beds dorm was so nice and clean. The private room was basic but absolutely okay. The garden has hammocks in the shade, a pool and a bar that serves drinks and really good food (lots of vegan options!) to decent prices. The dune buggy tour included in the price is so much fun and a must!! Two of the nights (both Saturday) was very noisy until early morning due to the nearby nightclub but since the town is tiny this will affect all hostels in Huacachina. I highly recommend staying here when in the oasis.

Everything was perfect. Accommodation, food, drinks, stuff, guests, organized trips, especially the sandboarden tour. We really enjoyed the time there. I can simply highly recommend it to everyone and would book it again.

Stayed here in a four-bed dorm and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was really chill (though you should know things get pretty quiet when they close the bar at 10pm), the food was delish (and brekky's included), and you get a complimentary activity with each night's stay. With that addition, Banana's Adventure ended up being a fantastic value, as I think it was less for the room than the dune buggy/sandboarding tour would've been on its own booked with an outside company. (It was somewhere around $21 USD for a bed in a four-bed dorm, plus brekky and an activity).

NOTE: Bring insect repellant, as the bugs come out by the droves at night. Otherwise, awesome place to stay.

This was expensive but worth it. Our double room with private bathroom looked like a dream, very clean and modern. S./180 per night, but it is a beautiful place with nice atmosphere, and a buggy + sandboarding tour which we loved. We felt really relaxed here. Great location, right next to the big dunes where people climb to see the sunset, yet far from the buggy tracks so quiet.

Room Tip: Best private room is room 20! (because it is the corner, facing the pool and not the loud bar area, nobody passes in front of your room)

Had a great time here at Banana's adventure. I found it clean and they also offer one free activity with their stay (barbeque, dune buggy and something else). They also rent out sand boards (imagine snowboard, not just a board to ride down on). They also have a nice pool area with chairs for the deck and also a bar/restaurant for eating. Breakfast was yummy too! Location is great - you can just walk right up the sand dune basically but Huacachina is a pretty small place anyway so any location would be pretty accessible.
