Spent two nights here at the start of our 10-day Morocco trip. We arrived on a rainy evening after a long bus journey from Casablanca and were met with a fantastic welcome and delicious mint tea. The rooms are a bit small (and there are lots of stairs) but everything is quaint, colourful and boasts wonderfully warm service. There is a lovely rooftop with views over this gorgeous town. It was a little too cold for (the delicious) breakfast at the time we visited (late March) but I would most certainly recommend spending some time up there during your visit.
The staff gave us lovely, personalised recommendations for food and activities and patiently arranged a grand taxi for our onward trip to Fez, even making enquiries as to whether we we could share with other guests to lower the overall cost.
The price is very reasonable and the location is as central as can be. A great find.More
