Checked in on 11/09/2018 checked out on 13/09/2018 room #2059 GLXPD.

Stained towels seems like a norm.

Refrigerator served as a cupboard (not cooling and spoiled the food we put in).

Reported to the operator (dialled 0 using the room phone) that the air-conditioning wasn't working but no action was taken leaving us to sleep without AC. Reported to the Manager on duty during checkout and his feedback was 'We will investigate this matter' and 'nothing that we can do to rectify because you booked the room online OTA not directly from GLXPD'. Seems like what they do in GLXPD is only investigate and asks people to come back to GLXPD and risk their holiday.

Will definitely stay somewhere else worth paying RM1,000+ for 3d/2n

Booked 3d2n stay at Lexis and upon check in, room was upgraded to Sky Pool Villa at Grand Lexis, surprise . Some comments need to further improve by the management as below..
1. Flooring dusty
2. Bad odor at bed comforter (like no change from the previous guest stay)
3. Bathroom stuck
4. Insufficient of power point
Overall staying is satisfy. The Lex Spa is good and reasonable price for in house guest.

Had the privilege of staying at Grand Lexus with the family from 8th. September till 10th September 2018. A great two days stay, I must say. The rooms are specious, with a pool and overlooking the sea. The buggy services are great with minimum waiting time. The buffet breakfast at it's restaurant and the room service we great too. We had ordered a special birthday cake and was delivered to our door step as promised. Having said all these, I should have considered a 5 star rating. Giving a 4 this time round as some minor improvement need to be done to the room. The floors need to be varnished as they were run down.The sofa covers needs replacement and to be tucked in perfectly. The tiles need to be further cleaned. The maintenance team need to emphasise on effective Preventative maintenance programme. I am sure there is room for improvement and this resort will certainly be my future choice and recommendation to all.

Place was food,...
Check in was a breeze,....
Staff were also helpful helping us out,...
Things to improve definitely is the wifi,..
Speed was horrible,...
Even my celcom network is faster than the wifi provided,..
Check out was also fast,...
Definitely will come again and hopefully they do something about the wifi,...

Overall a very pleasant experience. Sorry to say that Malaysian hotels are generally not good (well, the 20+ that I have stayed in) but this is up in the top of the pack. Check in was fast and smooth, front of house staff were all friendly, even the buggy drivers smiled and said hello.

The room (I chose a Premium Garden Suite) was great, two bedrooms with decent king size beds, good furnishings, a lovely warm private pool and a little pantry with fridge and microwave. A very comfortable self contained little unit, excellent air conditioning and a Balinese rain shower which was nice :) The paint needs refreshing on the doors and the pillows are all pretty firm, but at this price point, it's excellent value.

Room service food was fast, well presented and edible. No room service meals are ever special and this was no exception but very good value and no issues.

Breakfast was excellent, better than the Lexis Hibiscus where I stayed last time. A huge selection.

Given that this was probably the busiest long weekend of the year and I guess the hotel was running at 95% occupancy, I thought they managed remarkably well and I will go back later in the month on the next trip.

Room Tip: All rooms are good, the sea villas are quieter, the Garden Pool Villas very private but slightly more noise.
