This is a marvellous place, simple, peacefull and beautifull with a nice terrace and orchard, even in full winter as we were.
The host are the most hospitable people you can imagine. We had a wonderfull week in Nartitee with our two little kids and mother.
Hope this kind of place can exist more in the future.

Nartitee is beautiful, small, traditional hotel with very welcoming owners and reasonable prices. It is located in Taft, close to the mountains. You can rent a bike from the hotel. You have also access to promenade garden. Additionally you can learn more about Zoroastrianism, because inside it is also traditional room prayer.

Situated about 25 min from Yazd, this quiet home stay is a perfect place to relax and learn about Zoroastrian culture. The hosts are a lovely couple who treated us with nice breakfasts and dinners. The house also has plenty of outdoor space including a pomegranate garden which must be a real treat during the harvest in autumn. Loved it and absolutely recommend as it's a rare find in Iran!

We stayed at Nartitee for four days in September 2017. Absolute heaven.

The house is beautiful - designed in the traditional style, with beautiful art and design flourishes. All guests sleep in the traditional way - on rugs on the floor, with quilts and a pillow. It is glorious. Our room looked into the garden, so we were blessed to be able to fall asleep looking at stars and listening to jackals playing in the pomegranate orchard.

The real highlight is the warmth and kindness of Tina and Ramtin. They are truly wonderful hosts. From the moment you arrive you feel welcome and at home. We were lucky to have spent many hours talking with them about Zoroastrianism, Iran, London... everything! On our last day, we were fortunate enough to also be invited by Ramtin to a Zoroastrian ceremony in the village, commemorating his grandfather. A wonderful, authentic experience.

The food - oh the food! Tina is a sensational cook. We had endless plates of amazing food - some of the best of our trip. We also had a cookery lesson with Tina, where we learnt how to make fessenjan stew and rice (with tahdig of course!). We have made it in London since (though nowhere near as well as Tina does).

We also hired bikes from Nartitee to see the Tower of Silence - again, truly amazing!

Nartitee is a real treasure - don’t even think twice about visiting, even if you only have time for one night. But beware, you will find it very hard to leave!

Tina and Ramtin - we will be back. Thank you again, we miss you.

This is one of the best ecolodge in Iran. The space and atmosphere of this place is so good. The manager and his wife are so kind and they are Zoroastrians and if you want to know about their religion and their culture they can help you and explain for you about that. It has also big garden and if you do not want to stay here you can go here for lunch or dinner and the foods are so delicious.
