When we arrived in d evening the girl started to sweep the floor.later i have to run up and down to inform mama Thyesza to get kettle, toilet rolls, soap. No hot water coming out, my husband forced to clean the paip- all blocked and no air-cond she said its cold but i didnt feel cold in the room it was so stuffy, i told her we need fans , we were given one standing fan and two 6 inches fans (can u imagine?) we had dinner at d restaurant and just two green vegetables and 5 bee hun(eggs only) and makissa drink that cost us more than 400,000 rupiah. suck!
Please dont stay here!

Room Tip: nothing is good here, from the room to the toilet and kitchen all are dirty

Stayed with family in room called villa with 3 bedroom...The booking process not responsive, the given cellphone contact is not cooperative. Being there during high season with amazing expensive price 5million for 2 days. The breakfast very basic and only 2 portion each room..children need to pay even for family room....not a place for family. You can get much better service in other hotel around. Definetely will not comeback for whatever the reason.

i found that hotel in the lonely island book and i was not deceived when i found it, they can rent you a motorbike so you can discover the island. the quality of the room are impeccable. mama thyesza makes you feel like home and always make sure everything is okay and is also an incredible cook. i stayed all the week with my girlfriend and for my birthday i ate fresh lobsters from the lake and she cook me a cake as a surprise for welcoming us. very kind! the view from the dock is incredible, and we were staying in a house full equipped at a very good price and at the night we were hearing the sound of the wave on the dock, very peaceful!!

Room Tip: ask for the house with the kitchen , at the night you hear the sound of the wave on the dock

We stayed at this beautiful Lake Toba frontage hotel in October 2012. It was really clean with comfortable new mattresses, very friendly staff and owners and a fantastic quiet lakeside setting. The lovely rooms start from about 100,000rp per night.
Everything was perfect for a relaxing romantic holiday and the owners are happy to help in any way they can.
It is situated only 7kms from busy Tuk Tuk which you can get to by renting a motorbike for 100,000rp per day which includes a full tank of fuel. This is handy if you want to visit some of the ancient stone tombs, hot springs, restaurants and other sights.
When you arrive in Parapet just give them a call on 0625 7000443 or email info@flowerofsamosair.com and the owner will pick you up for free. You can catch a ferry to Samosair Island from 8am to 9pm for 5000 - 7000rp.
The food here is also excellent and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place to couples or family's who want to stay in a place away from the crowds
