The location is great as it is very close to the beach, but this was the only hotel/resort in Thailand that was a bit disappointing. We had a kind of bad experience because the first room we were given was full of mould in the bathroom, in some parts of the room and in the air conditioning, so the smell was really unpleasant. Fortunately we were moved to a different room (bungalow). However, it was not very nice that I almost had to beg them in order to be changed, the staff at the reception did not care too much about the situation and were not very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also a downside as the options were very limited and the food quality wasn't very good.

Booked a “Luxury” bungalow for two nights. The word luxury is definitely not something I would attach to the accommodation.

Bungalow was very tired and in need of some urgent TLC. The bedroom was ok, bed was comfortable and clean. Fridge was a welcome amenity and air conditioning was ok. There was an adjoining door into bungalow next door that meant you could hear everything from neighbors

Bathroom was pretty awful. Shower had zero water pressure and eventually had to take shower head off and put finger over hose end to get some spray to wash. There were holes in the walls and as the bathroom wall is like a garden fence you felt you were outside! Would recommend keeping bathroom door closed to avoid mosquitos and bugs getting into bedroom

We didn’t eat in the resort or use the pool as we read pretty bad reviews once we got here so can’t comment on that.

The positives are the location and the fact you are met by hotel staff at pier who bring your bags along for you. If you looking for 4 Star accommodation on Phi Phi I would look elsewhere!

We stayed here for 3 nights, one night in the bungalow. And I have to admit, the standard room is so much better then the bungalows.
Wifi is strong here.
Beds cosy
Room spotless.
Own balcony on a height.
Quiet area.
Felt safe.
Washing board outside.
Bathroom spacious.
When you closed your room you couldn't hear a thing.
Breakfast a little busy. But nice options and variety. Basic but nice for a 3 star.

Here was a lovely stay although we were out most of the time this place was just somewhere to put our heads down for the nights we stayed.

Bungalows not so much. Not if it was going for free.
Bungalows cost extra?? Why I don't know....
Dirty rooms.
Crap tv.
Needs TLC.
Wifi rubbish. Knocks of every 50 seconds (I counted)
Walls are like paper thin could literally hear everything next door, I could hear so much I nearly spoke Spanish the following day. And you could hear their kids screaming, also about 300 cats swarm the area waiting for you to open your door. (No joke) ok.. maybe 30 cats.
But I had shorts left out front to dry, opened the door that morning and a cat came running in... stood outside the bathroom door like squealing in distress. My girlfriend was in the shower (awkward) then asks me "WHATS WRONG? Is that you"
Of course she wasn't expecting a cat to be standing outside the bathroom door.

So I now new part Spanish and could mimic a squealing cat? Sound.

To get the cat out took time and rattled bags, but eventually left on its own terms. So no, I wouldn't recommend a bungalow at all. Pictures look appealing online but they aren't in reality.

We stayed one night in a luxury bungalow. The location is good, near many shops and restaurants, there is a beach in front the hotel. About 15-20 minutes away from the pier, it is easy to get to the hotel if you have luggage. Staff also wait with a sign for each ferry. Guests were mainly russian groups.
The hotel looks better on the pictures than it is in real. Our bungalow was clean. The bathroom is very old and needs renovation. Breakfast was average. Staff on the reception were nice and helpful.
The hotel is o.k. for a night, but I would not stay more.

We stayed there 3 nights in a so called De luxe bungalow, which was at best basic, no safe, terrible shower which soaked everything in the bathroom! The breakfast was disgraceful, like a works canteen and a free for all,the cheapest possible cutlery and choices of food were extremely poor, only white sliced bread,no pastries or croissants, don't even dream of asking for bacon as it is Moslem run. We did not think of going to the pool area it looked at best scruffy.
Enough said, it is very handy for the beach and 15/20 minute walk to Viking beach, our favourite beach.

Room Tip: Choose the best available but chose another hotel if possible
