Regrettably we had to check into this hotel due to our previous bug investigation in another hotel. However this hotel only seemed a little better. The room was small and the bathroom was basic, not always getting a hot shower. Only provided one pillow per person and a rock hard bed. However clean. If you want to sleep before 2am this IS NOT the place for you. It feels you are in the rave yourself! The sound of the very cheesy songs with the whole crowd singing along to the spice girls and what not is not ideal. I can't explain how actually loud it really is! I am shocked for how much we paid for the 2 night stay, I would compare this hotel to hostels I have stayed in, but where you get your own room. If you are on a group holiday and need something cheap and cheerful it's would do perfectly! Otherwise I would have a further look around; please be advised Phi Phi is more of a party island and I personally would say worth more than an over night stay.

If you like sleeping before 2am then don't stay here, the hotel is right next to the main area full of bars. The hotel did get us out of a pinch with a last minute room when our other hotel turned out to be full of bugs! but the place is nothing to rave about. The rooms were okay but mainly just a place to put your head down for the night. If you are coming with a group of friends to "party" this place is ideal, any other reason I would look for somewhere abit further from the bars.

Ok i must admit i entered this hotel holding my breathe after reading all the mixed reviews before our stay. On arrival at the pier there is a man waiting with a PP princess resort sign- he gathers all the guests and someone meets us halfway and takes our bags to the hotel, whom we then follow to the hotel. Its a winding road not far from the pier and the main areas ,lots of construction happening around the hotel area which doesn't affect your stay. On arrival the staff provide you with a much needed cool towel and water. Most of the ferries/boats get to the island by 11-12,check in is only at 2pm.the staff don't let you get the room key before hand and you find people sleeping ,relaxing in the lobby till check in coz it is hot and not much to do. However at 1.59pm we were taken to the room. The room itself was amazing - very modern very comfortable. Tea coffee and water complimentary was provided. We were paranoid for being charged for stuff we didn't receive so we took pics of the entire room and took note of everything- we had no problem on check out with the room. Check out is at 11pm.We didn't bother to ask for a late check out, so the front desk kept our luggage and we went for lunch and relaxed in the foyer till 2pm for our ferry was at 2.30pm.Breakfast was sufficient not a great variety but it was fine. All in all a good stay- a nice bay a nice beach- very lively at night but the sound is blocked out once your doors are closed and you hear nothing. We booked closer to the date so we paid a high price. Im sure if you book in advance you can pick up a good room at a bargain. If i visit Phi phi island and stay in this area id definitely stay here again and recommend others aswell!!

This resort is a really nice and affordable hotel complex, with some luxury, but not too much. A perfect stay for a few days or a week. The infrastructure is really close, everything is in walking distance and the hotel is surrounded by many nice shops, massage studios and restaurants, too. The hotel has direct beach access with a lot of bars and a huge pool with a nice bar, offering happy hour prices for nice and creamy fresh cocktails or long drinks.
The rooms are all equipped with AC, very convenient and modern, nice taste chosen and it all fits together perfectly. We had a nice and huge balcony in our apartment. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom has a lot of amenities. I'd definitely book there again. It was a really nice and relaxing stay in paradise.

We stayed there for 4 nights, the room was new with balcony and cozy sofa. The pool was great and we enjoyed going to the pool and beach as it so close. Breakfast also good with a lot of variety to choose from. great value for money.
