Be prepared to wade ashore from the longboat with your luggage over your head, check in and reception area is open air which is nice. All of the free standing bungalows are up the side of the mountain so be prepared to hike (if you have physical handicaps this is NOT the place for you). Wifi worked well but the water was yellowish brown, breakfast was fine but nothing special and there is very little beach at high tide and and the beach chairs are gross. Trip desk was helpful and allowed us to reschedule an event based on weather.

We stayed two nights and loved every second of it. The view from our beach Hut was breathtaking. The huts are surrounded by beauty and nature and is away from the noise and business of the bay. To add to this, the staff could not have done anymore for us, they were all so truly welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for somewhere to stay on phi phi don, I strong recommend you stay here!!

I arrived happy as larry only to meet the representative from the hotel. He informed us we need to walk to the hotel as the tide was out, It was 36 degrees, he kindly carried a big rucksack, I carried my daughter and the other bag.....good for weight loss
Arrived got room, which was very nice with an amazing view over the bay!
I am not going to complain about no AC as i knew this when booking, but boy it was like being in an oven for the entire stay.
I was bitten alive at night and to make matters worse all you can hear is crap music banging in the room, after 30 mins sleep it as time for breakfast good if you like eggs, if not don't bother.
Staff are nice enough and kind eapecially the maintanence guys.
Highlight was a miserable German falling out of the longboat when we arrived in Pi Pi how we all laughed!!

I did not like Ko PiPi Its good for people who normally go to Benidorm but have a bit more cash
Terrible and tacky grubby and poor quality

Koh Phi Phi can be crazy and noisy at night. If you are not a night owl or a fan of night life, this amazing stay is highly recommended! Staff there are so cute and helpful. We spent two nights in this quiet, peaceful paradise away from crazy bar beach. They offer shuttle boat (they have a timetable) which can save you some time and energy from hiking. Dishes cooked by Aem are so great! And we miss all the smiling staffs there.

Just like entire island also this resort is very nice place to stay. Beautiful view from the little house is the view you are looking for when you think "sunset". People are very friendly and always ready to help. The resort is a bit far from all the loud parties, so it is a big plus. 15 minutes walking distance from center of the island but the host provides a boat transfer which takes 5 minutes.
Really nice place.
