Menu offers a variety of dishes to suit the palate , soups are delicious , breakfast a bit pricey so hop off to Camoline down the road instead for a bigger choice ,to be honest I am a bit put off with cold cuts out in the open , perhaps not a problem for the local stomaches :-)
Free Water is not served at the table ,however the quantity of food is more than adequate ,
Also with no Coffee/Tea facilities in the cabins you would expect this free if charge in the main lobby

Thank Robert D

We tried this place the last night we were on Moorea....just for something different.

We were very happy we did.

We called to make a reservation and they sent someone to pick us up at our hotel. They arrived on time and took us straight to the restaurant.

We were seated immediately right along the railing overlooking the lagoon and Cooks Bay. Just in time for sunset, it was gorgeous.

Our waitress was "Vanilla" she is the bomb! I have read so many reviews about moorea and so many say service was poor anywhere they went....this was NOT our experience once. We may not have liked the venues we visited, but service was always amazing. Vanilla wins the best server award of our 9 nights in Moorea.

So very helpful in assisting us to choose a meal, even to prepare my husbands fried rice exactly how he wished "anything is possible" she told us!

I had the Mahi-mahi in garlic butter sauce and as mentioned before my husband had the "Riz Cantonese" which took us a minute as the americans we are, were asking for fried rice (since they have a Chinese menu)....Vanilla humored us and with the language barrier figured out what he was asking and got my husband "shrimp fried rice"
Both meals were excellent....as were the MaiTai's that vanilla was mixing up for me ;-)

As soon as we were done, they graciously ran us back to hotel without a minutes wait.

The next day at our hotel Vanilla was there having lunch and saw us, and ran over to say hello. Solidifying she is Good at what she does.

Soooo good food, amazing service.....this one is worth it if you are looking for a dinner outside your hotel while in Moorea.

We ate here 10 years ago and loved the setting which hasn't changed. The ocean is lit up at night and from the tables by the water, you can watch hundreds of fish and sea slugs. The prices are much more reasonable than other restaurants (such as Moorea Beach Cafe) the servers are friendly, and the food selection is good and our chicken curry was very tasty. They provide transportation to your hotel too.

We were travelling by Yacht and moored in Cooks Bay. We were able to acces the restaurant form the private jetty on site. Great French cuisine with good choices. We have been to this restaurant twice and both times have had brilliant meals. This has tables sitting next to the water which isa really nice setting.

We arrived late and were expecting to be turned away, but instead we were greeted with a big smile and a fantastic view. Whilst the service was a little on the slow side, the food was delicious and fresh. We were able to relax and resume our travels. Cheques are not readily accepted unless you know the owner. So make sure you have your credit card handy.
