Perfect place in the centre of Trogir old town. Very nice food and wine in over 60 restaurants. A place to feel calm and relaxed at. Bath by boat in fantastic water. Really nice people and the price level are better than in Sweden. We will be back.

Stayed: October 2015, travelled as a couple

it exceeded our expectations ....free parking, Central, very helpful owner, lovely balcony and everything you would want for a stay in Trogir. Just very steep steps to get to second floor!
Recommend this place to anyone.

We booked this at the last moment when we arrived in Trogir. We wanted an inexpensive room for one night. We looked on line for prices and then sought out various places. We stopped by P and asked for assistance. She made a phone call and got us a room. A young woman then came to meet us and guide us to the apartment. It was right in the heart of the busy Old Town. The room was small with a small bathroom but very clean and fresh. It had AC. It was perfect for one night when all is needed is a clean bed etc.

We also had a car so we needed parking for the night that would not break the bank as very where in Trogir is Pay Parking. The young lady organised this as it was included in the price, €60. This was good value for a last minute booking in a very busy tourist spot. (Tho methinks it may have been a bit cheaper if we had not intimated our budget!)

Also despite being on a busy street once the window was closed there was little or no noise...though being in the heart of a busy old town one should expects some outside noise.

It also would be hard to locate as the signage is small but we had a guide.

It's a small place located in the very center of Trogir. Not accesible by car, parking possible at no costs cca 500m away. There are very narrow steep stairs to the rooms, but the room was exact size and well furbished with small balcony (great for breakfast). The kitchen is small, but well equipped. Comfortable bed, but a little bit noise due to it's location.
The exact location might be confusing. Here is the link on google maps: http://bit.ly/U2ynqQ

Room Tip: The room #3 with balcony

The rooms are well placed in the centre of Trogir and there is a vast number of restaurants, bar and places of interest close by. We had a pleasant small room with wood beams and wooden floor. As mentioned before you need to keep the window shut as we were aware of noise in the street outside until the small hours. The rooms are ideal for one or two night stays.
A little tricky to find, though using the House Ivancic website map and by asking local people we found the fairly inconspicuous door. We paid the friendly lassie in the adjacent souvenir shop but it would have been nice to have met the owner.
