We went twice to this place as a family.
Visit 1- we ordered pizzas and asked for our children to be able to split a pizza on 2 plates which was ok until the pizza came out and they only had one plate and one half pizza. The waitress blushed and said the kitchen was hungry and are the other half. This of course created an issue with the kids as they each didn't get their own half of a pizza and had to wait another 20 minutes for the second half to arrive. This is very naughty of the kitchen and should not be tolerated by the management.
Visit 2 - we thought that we'd give them another chance as the pizzas we got did taste good before. However this time we sat down and ordered drinks then we went to order pizza and the waitress said that the colleague who makes the pizza has fallen ill. Makes me wonder if the management has put any thought into how to make pizza which is not hard to do or how to come up with a backup plan.
