We arrived before 1400, which is check in time, but we were allowed to leave our bags in a secure room and were allowed to use the hotel facilities until we had access to the room.
Our room had no balcony, but that didn't bother us. The room was clean and the beds was very very comfy (comfier than our own!!). The bathroom was quite small, but was big enough for a week.
The food choice was good, there is a lot of choice, particularly fish, and all options are very tasty. The freshly cooked pizza is particularly yummy!
We didn't participate in any of the entertainment, but there seemed to be lots of choice and variety of activities to choose from.
The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful if we had an questions.
Cavtat is a short walk along the coast and is definitely worth a visit, especially in the evening for a cocktail and to watch The sunset. The sunsets are stunning and were spectacular every evening.

Once we received the room we had booked the whole experience of our holiday was fantastic. We we're all exclusive and it was great for us, beer & wine on tap 10am till 11pm, its the house wine which was fine for us. We all found the food delicious & fresh with a large choice. The service was fantastic & the young lady on reception was a total joy so was the lady at the pool bar. Overall it was a lovely hotel with great staff in an amazing setting.

Great location and scenery. Had a sea view room with amazing views. It was fab and so peaceful to lie in the most comfy bed ever and listen to the waves gently lapping on the sand. Hotel very clean food was good just needed to be a little hotter. Would have been better if they put table cloths on the tables for dinner. Drinks were very limited on the All Inclusive package and no diet drinks available. Cavtat was a 15 minute walk around the bay and had lots of places to stop for a drink and even a delicious ice cream. Had a lovely relaxing week and the weather was lovely all week which we didn't expect for the end of October.

For the money we paid it was good we went all inclusive. Rooms were good all though a bit small but you only sleep in it so no real problem we did have a sea view which was really good.
Some really good food, pizzas are the best ever, steak , tuna steaks , swordfish are also good I had never tried some of this type of food so it was good yum yum. However other fish I would avoid as so many bones it's unreal and puts you off. And the food could be hotter. The beer and spirits and nice however the soft drinks need looking at as really hit and miss as some like syrup and others like water and not very nice same goes for the coffee. Entertainment ok but nothing special.

Spent a wonderful week in this beautiful area , room was tiny for 3 , glad we had upgraded to superior sea view , a bit dark in room, the safe and fridge a bonus. The food was excellent, and the best pizzas we've ever had. The all inclusive drinks option not good but what was unacceptable is that diet sodas are not in all inclusive nor do they do lemonade so we bought our own but the entertainment or lack of it was another downside we had to name our own entertainment , meeting some lovely people, the animation team appeared for 5 minutes each night. Big Thankyou to Gordina and Leo and everyone in restaurant.
Clean and pleasant and the loveliest of sunsets.
A must other than Dubrovnik us Lokrum , loved it but need walking boots.
Cavtat old town so pretty, great coctails and ice cream.
Would go back if sugar free coke or lemonade available ad no nearby shops and entertainment sorted.
