The price was very affordable (240RMB per night in the offseason) and included breakfast. The hotel is easy to find. The lobby has a small shop that had food and supplies useful for hiking. The staff was very helpful, but they spoke only Chinese. They helped us arrange a taxi to the train station.
The room had comfortable beds and a nice view of the town. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the bus station that gives rides to the chair lifts for the Yellow Mountains. The breakfast had about a dozen tasty Chinese options - the steamed buns with meat inside were the best. There was no coffee, tea, or orange juice - only soy milk.More
