This small hotel is very well renovated and clean. The owner was very helpful. The rooms are basic but clean. The wifi is fast and signal strong. Beach is close by. The old town Nesebar is within walking distance.

Friendly and welcoming boutique hotel near the sandy beach for those who like privacy, good food and all the sea facilities at your door. A great place for families with kids. It is safe and full of toys, games etc for the kids.

Room Tip: Rooms with a sea view are best

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This was a horrible experience. The owners Alexi and Tatyana are extremely dishonest people. Tatyana was extremely rude and even mocks her guests.

The hotel is far from the old town of Nessebar. There are many better hotels that are close to both the beach, the new town and the old town.

Finding a decent and reasonably priced hotel in Nessebar is not easy. Elizabeth Dy is one of the best picks you can make. The hotel is brand new (completed in 2014), all the rooms face a nice garden and the ones on the top floor have a sea view. Nessebar’s south beach is just a few meters away.

The rooms are simply furnished but very clean, with a nice balcony, a small fridge, and free wifi. There is free parking just in front of the hotel. They have also a restaurant serving good food at moderate prices.

There are a few things that could be improved: breakfast starts at 8:30 which was too late for me, and in the bathroom toiletries are minimal and the motion detector switches off the light when you are in the shower (I was later told that you can fix it yourself).

Note that this hotel is located in the new part of the town but it is definitely possible to walk from there to the old town. It takes about 20-30 minutes depending on how fast you walk (1.5 km).

Last but not least, the owner Alexei is a very nice guy. He speaks good English and he will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Room Tip: Rooms on the higher floor have a better sea view

The hotel is situated right next to the beach. there is a nice playground for them right in front of the hotel. We got a big room which was very convenient for us, everything it's new. Easy to park the car, if you need.
Good wireless connection is a plus. The owners is very friendly and helpful. Every morning we got lovely breakfast with a good variety of food. The hotel staff and the owners are very friendly and helpful, they speak English and Russian. The hotel rooms are perfectly clean. If we go back to Nessebar again we will be definitely staying in Elizabeth Dy only. Good value for money compared to other places in the area. I would certainly recommend the place to a friend - 9/10.
