We stayed in room 404 overlooking the beach. What a wonderful hotel for the price. Our room was spacious and the balcony looked down onto a lovely sandy beach. The bathroom was good with a bath (real pleasure) and a good shower, free toiletries and piped music into the bathroom should your require. Everywhere was clean and well looked after. The breakfast was varied and typical, hot/cold meat, cheese, fruit, salads, cereal, eggs etc. We ate a couple of times in the main restaurant and were impressed. The staff are lovely and very hard working. They all went out of their way to help and give advice. Its a very well run, clean and efficient hotel. Jim and I would like to personally like to thank Toto (Hristiyan) Jivko, Angel, Eva and Annie. Toto made the best cocktails. The hotel was closing a few days after we left but in no way were you made to feel this way. We will definitely go back to this hotel. Nessebar old town was only about 10-15 mins walk away and has lots of character, bars and restaurants. Well worth several days looking around. Nessebar town itself is lovely. A typical Bulgarian town with interesting shops as well as tourist shops. We went into Sunny Beach a couple of times and you can get there by bus, water taxi, noddy train or cheap taxi. Make sure you get a bona fida taxi or you will get ripped off.

Room Tip: Overlooking the beach was quiet but you could hear the waves lapping.

The hotel is on the beach what just great. Enough parking place. 10 minutes walk from the old city. Friendly and helpful stuff at the reception. Good wifi on the first floor. Good room with a balcony.

Booked two rooms 4 months ago emailing the hotel asking for rooms to be next door to each other. Didn't get a reply, emailed again then received a reply saying they would do their best. Emailed them 2 weeks before holiday date to remind re rooms being next door - they never replied. On check in rooms were on different floors and was given the reply no availability for two rooms next to each other, even though l gave 4 months notice - attitude given was "tough". I paid a lot of money for rooms, they had a great view of beach, but very tired decor wise and no chest of drawers, no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was awful - you looked at the choice given and it was telling you we don't really want to feed you but have to. Sausages were savloys, bacon was just giant savloys sliced up. Cereals were cheap and nasty, and all you could rely on was toast and fruit. They had a strange selection of breakfast foods including meringues, chocolate cake and swiss rolls and left over pizza from restaurant previous evening. No juice just squashes. Overall summary of breakfast - CHEAP AND NASTY. Pool was ok, kiosk at pool for buying drinks and ice cream was convenient even though every day I opened freezer and there was 3 half eaten ice creams that were placed in freezer when should have been thrown away, kiosk was hardly manned and obvious freezer was never checked for stock. Staff just couldn't be bothered overall and did not speak much english. If you stay here, don't bother with breakfast, expect nothing with decor, just book it for location and you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Wifi only good on 6th floor.

I stayed here for a short week on a beach vacation to Bulgaria. The cost of staying here was quite low, and I did not expect much. I can honestly say that I was quite surprised over how good this hotel actually is.

The hotel itself has several types of rooms. We had a room high up with a balcony facing the sea and beach. It's wall-to-wall carpet did not impress, but otherwise it was clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and shower was good. Not the most modern by any means, but on a beach vacation on this I don't think that matters that much.

Breakfast was fine, as you would expect from a hotel like this. The location is good as it's located near some resturants, as well as a walk or taxi drive away from Old Nessebar.

The coolest feature of the hotel is the fact that the beach is an elevator ride away. The elevator comes down and exits so that you can walk out onto the beach.

If I ever went on a beach vacation again in Bulgaria I would consider staying here again if I was after a bargain.
