Nice hotel. Close to our office. Staff was attentive. Rooms were clean. There is not much to find in the area and this hotel is as good as any we looked at. I was for a business trip. No Frills. Rooms were quiet.

Friendly reception and clean room. TV very local. The only chanel in English was CNN. Parking administration a bit cumbersome . Perhaps they try to copy American style. Swimming pool is rather small. More a large bathtub. Two good restaurants in walking distance.

The staff here was very attentive, helpful, and friendly.
The hotel had a beautiful buffet with a nespresso machine, which was a plus!
It was in a nice safe location.
I was able to walk across the street and get a Brazilian blow out!
Highly recommend it!

This hotel has a good balance between confort and price. As most of the Mercure's flagship hotels, the room is spacious, nice bed size and the decoration is welcoming.
Wifi had good speed and worked well.
Better than average breakfast.
The most perceiveble asset was, though, the kindness and attitude of the staff.

Room tip: Choose the apartments facing east. Nice view and the morning sun is better than sunsets, less warmer.

Room and frontdesk stafg are pretty good but pool and gym area were dirty as hell. Nobody monitored to see the previous night party in time for a noon swim at the pool! Hotel is new and there is no phone extension at the pool or gym as well. Crazy! How do you get some water or beer if there is no way to call for a service?

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Unfortunately we do not have a team that monitors these areas of gym and pool 24 hours, but we will align better with our governance team so that this does not happen again.

For bar orders we already had a telephone in the area inside the pool.

We hope to receive you again.
