I've been here a couple of nights for work since there was -unfortunately- no vaccancy in other hotels nearby.
The whole place is old, out of any style and its services are so poor that even breakfast is better outside the hotel. Wifi didn't perform well. The Bathroom was really a disgrace! Its light was so weak I almost finished shaving at the lobby!
Avoid if possible!

As some write, this might be the best option in town. I wouldn't know as I only stayed at this hotel, but compared to other hotels this is still below average.

It an old, 'tired' hotel which looks likes it just waiting to close down. The rooms are 'tired', the breakfast room (on the 12 floor as I remember) are tired.

The hotel has only one elevator, so be prepared to wait for it. Do not expect staff to speak English, but they will try to find someone who speaks English if you don’t speak Portuguese.

Breakfast selection is okay and as in all Brazilian cafe's and restaurants television is running all the time.
I never really understood this. If Europeans want to eat and watch TV they often eat at home or order take away.

Especially the fresh fruit selection is good.

It relative noisy hotel, so bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Next time I would consider a hotel in Campinas, and commute the 30 min to Jundiai.

This is an older hotel that has been well maintained.
The carpet is worn, but the place is very clean.

This hotel is located in downtown Jundiai and is a great location for visiting the city.
The hotel is a little pricey for the location, but there is not a lot of options even though the area is growing and more hotels are going up.

The two negatives i found were. The hotel only has one elevator so at times there is a long wait and no room service on the weekends.

I stayed on 2 or 3 occasions for a single night. There is only one elevator that is also small for a large building, so be prepared to wait for it. Rooms are old, and beds are small, I almost fell when reaching to snooze the alarm clock. A colleague that is 1,88 m high told me he didn't fit in the length oh his room's bed. I stayed last time at the 5th floor and I couldn't stop street noise from entering, the window frames don't do a good job at noise inslatoing, and the courtains are not enough. Breakfast is on the 10 th floor so after some elevator wait, you have nice views and sunlight. Food is cornered on one narrow end and options are acceptable, nothing special. Dinner is just acceptable. This hotel features a 5 star, which shows how unreliable the hotel rating system is in Brazil, it would hardly reach 3 starts in a market where this is done in a proffesional way.

Room Tip: If noise is important, specifically ask for a higher floor when checking in. If you are tall, ask a double bed "cama de casal" so tilting a little you can get your feet inside the bed.

The location for this hotel within Jundiai is optimal. Several quality restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast was good, not a great deal of variety which is a problem staying multiple weeks.

I agree with the other reviews, it is imperative to get a room that faces away from Jundiai Avenue and some of the rooms do share a connection with other bathrooms, so you can hear noises from other guests. The air conditioning in the room needs updating as it either gets too cold when on, but when off the room gets very hot quickly. The chairs for working are very uncomfortable in the room. Also, the carpeting in the room should be updated.

The exercise room is an embarrassment, of course walking the hills of the city is generally a good enough workout.

Most of the staff does not speak English, but those that do are very fluent.
