Very affortable and very well located in the downtown Campinas. A kind of old and oudated rooms but comfortable and spacious.
Breakfast included also helps keep a low budget.
Front desk may need more clerks in busier times.

I book this hotel due to a last minute offer in the Booking site. Three stars are too much for this hotel that is classified as luxury with four stars. Need urgently a deep refurbishing, very old furniture end 80's year style. Breakfast and staff are fine but the environment is terrible, there are better small hotel 3 star in the surrounding. Yhink twice to go here

Room tip: Don't book here

Stayed with my mum and gran in a family room. There was a very strong smell of bleach everywhere, but the room and bathroom were clean but quite basic with sparse furnishings. And cold. Food was ok but not great (we ordered room service). I asked for a rubber mat for the shower for my 93 year old grandmother but they didn't have it. I thought that would be a basic item to have in such an old hotel. The outdoor pool is nice, gym is tiny. The breakfast has an ok variety of items. The reception and restaurant staff were not very friendly but governance were helpful. It is quite close to a beautiful park with a small zoo. But there are other large chain hotels nearby and i think i would be choosing to go elsewhere in future.

This Hotel is not really worth 3 stars, but more like 3 stars, which will actually suit the low price. So based on the price level this hotel is OK. The rooms are rather small but clean and the breakfast is allright. The restaurant is not that good, so we advise to eat in town. The staff should also try to be a bit more friendly towards the guests.
The swimming pool is fine, with luxury king size and comfortable laying beds arround it. Good to relax after a swim.

Room tip: Try to get a room away from the noisy lifts.

So, from the start it's an old hotel. I was told it had minor renovations in the past when management changed, still, it looks and feel very much like a hotel from the 70's/80's and I don't mean the good kind of looks.

Front desk was good and problem solving. The room was good, with good exterior sound isolation (I was on upper levels, so it could've helped) - in my case in particular the minibar fridge was noisy, and it urgently needs more power sockets, I counted them: 3 (2 in the bathroom and 1 in the room, the other was used by the fridge). The gym had standard equipment, though old and unsophisticated. I did not try the pool.

The very best thing from the hotel I guess was the restaurant, with a good well-prepared food at affordable prices.
