Privately owned and well maintained hotel. Rooms are clean, not too spacious but cozy. They have two elevators to get to the rooms. Staff speaks Portuguese, some of them German, English was not to be found. Staff is very friendly.

Awesome breakfast with a huge variety of German-like food, fruits, cakes, bred, sausage and cheese. Absolutely the best I´ve gotten so far in Blumenau. Wireless LAN was poor at first but while I was staying there they improved it. Unfortunately no pool, this would increase the rating to a ****

The hotel is located next to a busy and sometimes noisy street ( Rua 7 de setembro), so ask for rooms not facing the street. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend it.

The hotel is well located, close to a mall and offer an excellent colonial breakfast. The decoration of the hotel it's kind of old style but the rooms have been update for a clean and efficient decoration even thought the room are a bit small. The bathroom door didn't have a lock to close the door from inside and also didn't stay close. Check in and out was quick and friendly. I get a good price for the room but I know was more expensive and for the regular price I wouldn't recommend. O

The hotel is renovated, quiet ac, as well as the room due to the double windows. clean facilities around the hotel. The excellent shower provides a strong and hot massage .. It has free parking. The breakfast is a luxury, I'd say lunch. Delicious.

Room Tip: I was on the fifth floor and was great

The hotel is well located, near the city center and the old town. But the newly renovted rooms are very, very small. The bathroom is only for shower. The tub is out. The bed is ok, If you are in 2 people, you cant move around. The wifi is fast, and the AC works very weel. The breakfast is excellent! Realy very good. They called it a "Colonial Coffe". You have everything, cakes, breads, fruits, eggs, juices, coffe, tea... you eat a lot! But you can have the Colonial coffe even you dont saty at the hotel. There are better for the same price.

Wanting to indulge a bit I booked one night in this hotel, partly because of the recommended breakfast. About that; it was very good, lots of fresh fruit but the main attraction here are the cakes. You're sure to get your good deal of sugar but it's certainly tasty.
The room is spacious and tidy, the bed maybe a bit out dated. Friendly personnel.
