Amazing staff, very helpful and always greeting you with a smile. Very attentive to go an extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. As always there are points that need improvement such as the types of bread offered during breakfast and WiFi connectivity. I would say the TV channels should have more international news one. Overall they offer a good service.

Room Tip: Na ala 2 os balcões são de maior comprometimento e com móveis de melhor qualidade

Good hotel but careless about details! At walking distance from good restaurants.
Nothing to do if it’s raining, especially of you have kids/teens.
Don’t recommend the “feijoada” on saturdays. Not the best, slow to refill plates and dessert. Not prepared to serve when restaurant is full of people (Not even if half empurrou)
Service at swimming pool too slow.
It seems a hotel whose service level has declined with time.

We stayed 8 days and the location is good, decent food, staff very friendly-especially the frond desk. Otherwise, not a lot of English speaking staff. The facilities were nice.

Our room was in the main part of the hotel, bottom floor, view of the ocean which was nice - but the toilet wouldn't flush, furnishings are old, paint needs touchup, and mildew in the bathroom.

Location - about 15min walk to downtown Ponta Negra and 10min Uber drive. I would recommend staying near downtown as there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

I would rate this a 3.5* hotel based on location and staff - definitely not a 5*.

The resort is beautiful and is in a very peaceful location. The staff are always very professional and friendly. Melina, in particular, is a valuable staff member, very kind and bright. Thank you for everything.

I Stayed there on two rooms, one for my daughter and son, and another one for me. Initially, their promise was a room with a sea view, but arriving there it was not. After complaining, they changed our rooms and it was better.
The hotel has a "business center" however all times I tried to use a computer, it was not possible because all the available computers were in use by children playing games.
Breakfast is good, and very crowded on weekends.
Staff are kind, but the service in the pool takes a lot of time to be served, even if you order french fries and a beer.
There is a tennis court, but they do not have tennis rackets to guests. you have to travel on vacations and bring yours!!!
The japanese restaurant is inside the hotel, but is very expensive considering the options served.
Hotel location is excellent. Very close to several options at Ponta Negra bneighborhood, with lots of options to eat and buy local souvenirs, all by foot.
