Very Nice room with an awesome view.
We could enjoy each corner of the hotel. The swimming pool has also a great view of Rio de Janeiro.

Convenient but lousy service!

Nice and convenient location but…. The front desk staff were less than helpful. We had to ask how to get to our room and not only did no-one help us with our luggage there were no luggage carts. The windows in our room were filthy, and for a higher end hotel the tv was not a smart tv. The bedsheets were too small for the bed and we could see the mattress. It only had one thin topsheet and no bedcover or quilt was available. I think the close proximity to the airport is what saves them. Spend your money on an Uber and find a nicer hotel nearby that will give you better service.

The breakfast staff were a welcome contrast to the front desk staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Good and bad, bad smell of cigs

Hotel is old but is good, excellent location, good restaurant, don’t remember the name but has the best meat! all good apart from the case that our room smelled like someone had been smoking there since the 80s. We asked the maid to spray some good smell but didn’t help..

Great service with Amazing service .

Awesome

The guy at the reception Elvis offered us exceptional attendance. The hotel is great overall and is woth the $$. Will be back there soon. And Veloso was very comprehensive during breakfast time he is a very great guy.
