A couple of evenings ago we were invited to this venue. The burgers were excellent and, although they offered mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard, these additions weren't necessary. The burgers were more than good enough as presented.
While we were there we enjoyed the company of Mr Trajano (I sincerely hope I spelled his name correctly - apologies if I haven't), a friendly, larger than life character who has had several very successful businesses prior to this one and who really seems to enjoy what he does.
I really admire the way he's stuck to his design theme for the venue, which is 1950s Americana. The crowning glory to all this is a bright red 1950 Cadillac funeral car that's been converted to a bar. Even if you're not hungry it's worth a visit just to see the way the place is decorated.
This is one of those 'got to go' places and I'm very happy to recommend it.
But if you'd prefer something else and are looking to enjoy a nice, 'high-end' dining experience, please come and visit our restaurant, Gramophone Lounge, which is just across the way. We'd be happy to make you welcome. ☺
