the restaurant itself isn't much. It's a low- middle range local restaurant. TV with soccer in the background, a dozen outdoor tables surrounded by a beautiful large tree. Inside decor is basic. Clientele is all local patrons. I was the only gringo there. The menu is simple. It's mainly fish and some simple sides: potato gratin, rice and vegetables. But the quality and flavor of the fish. Wow. I've been twice and would go again just for the barbecue fish. Chill with the locals watching the local F.C. Cruzeiro play a game on tv while having a beer and a meal. A local place not yet spoilt by tourists. This was a truly great find.
